Hello darkness my old “friend.”
This ketosis thing ROCKS during the day. I have so much freakin’ energy. I’m not hungry! My clothes are getting looser! I know I’m burning fat like I’m on crack! I have no problem waking up to my 4:33 am alarm. I am not getting that horrid afternoon slump! Awesome!…until I head to bed.
